All Pawthentic Studios products are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our production queue. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, customization details, and order volume.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not shipped until production is completed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship to many domestic and international locations. Availability of shipping services may vary based on destination, carrier limitations, and local regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a destination is not serviceable at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
